Privacy Policy

CaseSavvy (“we”, “us”) operates casesavvy.app. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Information we collect

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials. When you use the platform, we collect practice data (answers, scores, timing, and case attempts) to power your dashboard and domain performance tracking. If you paste a syllabus or upload a study guide in the NCE product, we process that document to match it to exam topics; we do not share uploaded documents with other users or third parties.

Payment processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy governs payment data handling.

How we use your data

To provide and improve the exam preparation service, to personalize your study experience, and to communicate account-related information such as receipts and password resets.

Data security

We use Supabase for authentication and data storage with row-level security policies, so your practice data is only readable by your account. All data is transmitted over HTTPS.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in. We do not sell personal information.

Data retention and deletion

You can delete your account and associated data at any time by emailing davidzimmerman027@gmail.com.
