Welcome to CaseSavvy. By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these terms.
The service
CaseSavvy is an exam preparation platform for the NCMHCE and NCE. A free tier (5 full NCMHCE cases and 18 domain drills, plus the NCE sample topic) is available without a credit card and does not expire. Full access requires a subscription: NCMHCE Premium at $29/month or $139/year; NCE at $19/month, $49 per four months, or $89/year; or the bundle for both exams at $39/month or $179/year. Prices are in USD and may change with notice.
No pass guarantee
CaseSavvy is a study tool. We do not guarantee passage of the NCMHCE, the NCE, or any other examination. Exam outcomes depend on many factors beyond any prep platform. CaseSavvy is not affiliated with or endorsed by the National Board for Certified Counselors.
Your content
Study guides or syllabi you upload remain yours. We process them only to match them to exam topics for your own study plan.
Acceptable use
You agree not to share your account credentials, copy or redistribute case or question content, or use the platform for any purpose other than your personal exam preparation. Accounts found sharing content may be terminated without refund.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your dashboard (“Manage Subscription”). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then. Payments are not refunded for partial periods.
Limitation of liability
CaseSavvy is provided “as is.” Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the 12 months preceding any claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
